Work Terms

Working Hours: I am available between 17:00 and 20:00 Greece time. During these hours, I handle client communication and manage ongoing projects.

Turnaround Time: Depending on the project type, I aim to deliver a single email within 1-2 days and an email series within 3-5 days.

Revisions: I offer 2 rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions will incur a small extra fee per revision.

Payment Terms: Payments are required upfront before starting the project. PayPal or bank transfer is accepted as the preferred payment methods.

Project Scope: Before starting any project, I require essential details such as brand guidelines, target audience information, and the communication goal.

Communication: I prefer to communicate via email, and phone calls when necessary. Project progress updates will be provided once per week.

Cancellations & Refunds: If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued. Once the project starts, no refunds will be provided.

Additional Services: Besides writing, I also offer strategy consulting and email campaign management as additional services.
