• Knowledge of various quality standards, FSSAI requirements and proficiency in implementing the same.
• A keen planner with proficiency in enhancing the production process operations, optimizing resource utilization, mentoring QA & Production team in terms of Quality, productivity, and operational efficiencies.
• Experience in facing external audits on FSSC 22000 V5, ISO 22000:2005, BRC – S&D, ISO 1400:2015 and conducting internal audits based on ISO/FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO 14001 and TQM.
• Experience in managing analytical laboratory, sophisticated instruments like HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatograph), GC (Gas Chromatography), UV Spectrophotometer

• Audit facing and audit conducting – FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, BRC, ISO 14001
• Process developments – RM/PM/FG Specifications, SOP, Formats, reports.
• FSSAI requirements – Labelling and BOP information as per FSSAI & legal metrology standards
• Ensuring product compliance as per FSSAI in terms of ingredients and additives
• Experience in managing QA activities in CMU sites.
• Experience in managing and fulfilling requirements for private label customers.
Complaint handling – Effective CAPA implementation and trend analysis
