Working as Manager having over 18+ years of experience in R&D Automotive Trims
Interior Exterior, BIW,Sheetmetal and Mold Design with expertise in CATIA V5. Seeking
challenging opportunity in the field of product design and Development. To thrive on

Good Exposure in Mold Design Engineer, especially in injection mold and blow mold.
Experienced in core and cavity splitting and designing the entire mold components.
Designing the Lifter and Slider with respect to the standards.
Good knowledge of OEM concept and complete product design and development
cycle.
Sound knowledge of plastics & design principles and various processing techniques.
Good knowledge of Injection Moulding Principle & Processing Technique and Defects.
Good experience in designing of plastic components by following DFM & DFA
guidelines.
Good experience in feasibility study, creating technical sections, benchmarking &
packaging studies and engineering for style surface maturation & finalization and
development of proposals.
Design and development of a model using Re-mastering technique.
Knowledge of Wrap surface technique to fill the missing portion in a model.
Experience in preparing, studying and analysing the individual and assembly level
drawings with BoM.
Basic knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis.
Familiar with international vehicle safety standards like UNECE and FMVSS.
