I’m fascinated with technology all these years and eager to adopt cutting-age solutions as long as they match customers' needs better than tried-and-proven. For example, my solution for data dissemination was one of the first in the financial industry to implement serverless applications on AWS platform, yet I still preferred Spring in Tomcat with hot standby for DR-orcestaration UI. Extensive experience of integration and combining legacy and new, heterogeneous (like Windows/Unix/ASP/Java/..) multi-vendor systems, troubleshooting and fixing bugs in subsystems on completely new languages (like Scala and Go). I’m comfortable leading a team and training junior developers, creating standards and developing best practices as well as joining the team of star developers and learning on-the-fly from the best minimizing impact of time spent on getting me up-to-speed.
