Nick's been great to work with -- very good with communication (which we haven't been great with, unfortunately!) He's doing an amazing job with our project and has great turnaround times and flexibility. We're still chugging away, so I'll get to leave more feedback as the project wraps up. :)

Wow. That was fast. We commissioned a 'proof of concept' and in the same day he'd done a workup with the information we needed. Very impressive!
