Charles is very knowlegeable and I would highly recommend him for any SQL or Access Programing or guidance. I would hire Charles again for any furture work relating to SQL or Access. At first glance his resume and creditials were to good to be true and I almost didn't select him because he was too qualified, but his knowledge, communication skills, and timeliness prove that his resume is true. Charles is not the type of person you expect to find on guru.com, but would find as a senior manager in a large corporation.
