Writing came as naturally as walking for me; something I've been doing from as early as I can remember. In my earlier years I dedicated my talent to writing poems, stories and speeches for myself and a number of other persons. Today I've added article writing to my portfolio. I've won the reading and writing competition at my school and at the national level as well.

I've a natural flair for helping others to solve their problems and as such I spent more than 3 years as a customer service representative in the call center industry. I was constantly rewarded for the creative approach I took in order to solve customer issues.

Work Terms
