(1) Data collection - designing survey instruments (using Survey Monkey, Google Forms, and Microsoft Forms) and gathering data from various sources like databases, social media, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other platforms.

(2) Data cleaning, standardization, and conversion to remove duplicates, correct errors, and create useful formats.

(3) Data entry and organization into databases and spreadsheets.

(4) Data analysis to provide meaningful insights, trends, and patterns and gain knowledge to enable problem-solving and guide decision-making.

(5) Data visualization using visual representations like graphs, charts, and plots to make it easier to identify and understand patterns in complex information.

(6) Virtual assistant and administrative support
