About

Completed an undergraduate triple major in Physics, Math, and CS in 2014, now in graduate school for CS. I started programming when I was about 12 years old and my dad tried to teach me assembly language. I didn't really learn assembly at the time, but I got interested enough to pursue learning to program first in BASIC, then C, and so on. While in high school (in the 90's) I wrote an x86 disassembler, so I could see how the DOS/Windows bootloader worked. After high school I followed my interest in performing arts, working for several years as a circus performer. Eventually I needed "real job" and ended up working for several years as a systems administrator before going back to school.
