Process:
• Detailed client briefing to establish a clear understanding of research strategy, expectations and timelines
• Identification of a target list of organisations relevant to the search
• An identification process within these organisations leading to a list of potential candidates from both desk research and cold telephone calls. This will include biographical information available in the public domain
• Confidential approaches, taking candidate on a career exploration journey, obtain CV’s from interested candidates and engage candidates in the process
• Regular reporting and dialogue to ensure awareness of assignment progress via weekly detailed progress reports
• Generating and presenting a shortlist of 3-4 candidates which will include CV/ Resumes, Notes, salary details, notice periods, location etc.
