Customer Service Representative

3+ years in a Customer Service role responding to large volumes of emails and chats.
Fluency in English. Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to express ideas clearly and confidently.
Experience in ticketing and/or live chat software is a must (Fresh Desk, Zoho Desk, Zen Desk, Happy Fox etc.)
Experience working remotely is an advantage
Strong communication skills.
Genuine desire to create the best customer journey possible.
Able to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand language.

Work Terms

Work Terms - Customer Support
Hours of Operation:

Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Flexibility: Flex time allowed with manager approval. Core hours of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM are required for team meetings and collaboration.
Overtime: Overtime must be pre-approved . Compensated with time-and-a-half pay or comp time.
Payment Terms

Salary: $55,000 annually, paid bi-weekly.
Payday: Every other Friday.
Bonus Structure: Eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of annual salary.
Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, 15 paid vacation days, 10 paid sick days.
Communication Style:

Preferred method(s) of communication: Guru , Slack for quick questions and updates.
Response expectations: Responded to within 24 business hours, Slack messages within 4 hours during work hours.
Meetings: Meetings to be scheduled with at least 24 hours notice using the online calendar tool. Video conferencing encouraged for remote team members.
