Work Terms
Availability: I am available to work according to the client's schedule and requirements. I will communicate my availability upfront and will do my best to meet any agreed-upon deadlines.
Payment terms: Payment can be fixed or hourly, and will be negotiated and agreed upon before the start of the project. For hourly projects, I will use Guru's WorkRoom to track time and provide detailed time reports. For fixed-price projects, I will deliver agreed-upon milestones and will request payment upon completion of each milestone.
Revisions and updates: I understand that clients may require revisions and updates to their projects. I will provide reasonable revisions and updates as required and will communicate any additional time or cost implications upfront.
Project scope: I will work within the agreed-upon project scope and will communicate any changes or additions to the project scope with the client. I will not exceed the project scope without the client's prior approval.
Intellectual property: I respect the intellectual property of my clients and will ensure that any work delivered is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights. Any intellectual property rights related to the work will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
Confidentiality: I understand the importance of confidentiality and will maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by the client during the project.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project with reasonable notice. If the client terminates the project, I will provide any work completed up to that point, and the client will be responsible for any agreed-upon payments.
