• Prepare annual and monthly financial statements, financial reports, and Special analyses and present finding for management reviews.

• Professional bookkeeping service to small and medium-sized businesses worldwide - Well versed with IFRS, US-GAAP, US Payroll Taxes

• Maintain cash flow projections and identify the cash need of the company according to their importance.

• Review accounting entries pertaining to fixed assets, related accounts and make Provisions and closing adjustments at the end of the Month.

• Fast and Accurate data entry in Quick books. cleaning up and reconciliation, auto bank statement downloading, auto memorizing and categorization, Quick books synchronization with bill pay solutions like Bill.com, Gusto. Pay spot, etc
• Prepare Bank Position on a daily basis for cash flow management to ensure the daily payments have been made to vendor.

• Familiar with cloud file sharing like dropbox, Hubdoc, SmartVault & Right networks, etc.

• Bookkeeping and accounting, from initial setup to finalization, payment reconciliation, inventory tracking, invoicing, Cleaning up, Bank reconciliation, MIS Reporting.
Cloud accounting Support - remote desktop accounting through cloud walk, team viewer, etc

Data Migration from Tally to Quick books , Tally to Zoho books, Oracle ERP

Work Terms

I am available the whole week and can work 50 Hours a Week. Mine preferred communication language is English
