Resolve hardware and software related issues. e.g ( Sip phone, Vo-Ip, Dial and Internet issues).Help manage and monitor IT system security ,including ensuring full compliance with company policies and requirements. Diagnose technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. Monitoring the Network with Monitoring tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
