Bioinformatician and Data analyst

Hello there
I'm Shaimaa Khamis a passionate data analyst. I like analyzing any data I can get my hands. The weirder the data makes more challenging to get the better results .
I have a biological background, I graduated from faculty of science I was always attracted by data after college I took a diploma in bioinformatics for 9 months where I dig deep in biological data , biological data bases visualizing and drug design and modeling biological processes.
This wasn’t enough for me so I enhanced my data analysis capabilities by completing Udacity nanodegree Data analysis professional track the training was divided to two levels :
First Challenger Level : Learn to use spreadsheets, manipulate and analyze data and data analysis and visualization.
Second Professional Level: Ability to work with messy, complex datasets using Python Pandas. Learn to manipulate and prepare data for analysis, and create visualizations for data exploration. Extract insights from data. Identify different resources to gather data using web scraping . In order to graduate I have to submit projects on time and here is the link to one of them.

My eagerness to learn didn’t stop to that extend I further become a certified life cycle assessment practitioner from Epd Egypt having the ability to conduct LCA(life cycle assessment ) using openlca software and comparative LCA highlighting the environmental impacts of different products by gathering the significant data in industrial process and follow the standard iso 14040 and iso 14044 .
