• Emails (create and maintain accounts)
• Documents preparation (letter, proposals, bids, invoices, company stationery etc)
• Powerpoint Slideshows/Presentations
• Transcribe audio minutes of meeting to written document
• Create electronic filing system and prepare reference manual
• Create and maintain Skype account for voice calls if needed
