I have undergone several trainings for English Proficiency, Proper Technical Support Assistance for Microsoft Windows customers and Customer Handling and Satisfaction including providing quality service for clients and customers from my previous Call Center Companies in the Philippines and was promoted as Sales Team Lead for a year.
