I'm an accredited business and life coach, business trainer, and mentor with 5 years of practice.
Internal Auditor by ISO 2008:9001 by QMS. Certified sales trainer and mentor.
Member of International Coach Federation. I do provide professional management and staff training, and business & career coaching. I have 12 years of experience in business development and sales.
Therefore, I coach company members, team groups, the HR department, or salespeople and provide sales, providing sales and marketing training.
I like to meet new people and discover new technologies and methods of management. Always track big companies’ achievements, and how they set a benchmark and I am fond of stock market brokering and forex.
For my whole career, I worked with foreign companies such as VOLVO, HILTI, 3M, and Maccaferri as a sales & marketing manager. As my knowledge in Marketing and Finance studied from MBA education, and last five years I worked as a business development and country manager. I developed a marketing strategy, business strategic analyses, business development, and investment establishment.
While working on these companies, the main customers I did work: BP, SOCAR, GILAN, PASHA, BAKIMETRO, AZVIRT, KOCKS, MACE, BROADWAY MALAYAN, ATKINS, TOPAZMARINE, MAERSK, and others. There are also ministries such as Emergency Situations, Defense Industry, Ecology, Tourism and Sport.

PCC PETROCHEMICAL subsidiary company PEK's representative office in “AZ-Mirvari” invited me as a Sales and Marketing professional to develop the office and systemize the trading process.
For the first month, I did marketing research, provided company-opening events, and attracted investors from Iran and the Azerbaijan Republic. For the second month, I provided a marketing plan and company development company with 120,000 USD sales in that period. For the 3rd month, I created a company policy for the sales and procurement department and developed the sales and procurement department via a recruiting and talent acquisition program where I provided special questioning and sales-oriented tests for recruiters. I created a document control, invoice tracking, and customer service unit and established the rules and policies for it. I did provide sales training, coaching, and a marketing-oriented workshop program for the company.. In the 4th month, I provided a company Business Plan and Investment Strategy Plan which brought to “Az-Mirvari” 600 000 USD investment from the shareholders.
