Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
We are available from Monday to Saturday. However, we are flexible and can adjust our hours to accommodate clients in different time zones as needed.

Payment Terms:
For most projects, we require a 50% upfront payment with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments to align with project progress. All payments are processed securely through Guru's payment system.

Preferred Communication:
We value clear and timely communication. Our preferred methods include Guru’s messaging platform Google meet, and Zoom calls for more in-depth discussions. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

Project Management:
We use tools like Trello or Asana for project management to keep everything on track. Regular updates will be provided to ensure transparency and keep you informed of progress.

Revisions and Feedback:
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a round of revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations. Open and honest feedback is encouraged throughout the process.
