I have worked in food & beverage concept creation for over 10 years, with restaurants being my overriding passion. I began my journey in the world of brand and interior design (FMCG & hospitality only) then streamlined my focus 5 years ago into the initial market research, concept development, positioning and then execution of launching restaurants. I have collaborated with clients from small pop ups to major hotel groups, and everything in between.
