Hi! My name is Shane. I graduated college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Banking and Financial Management.

I was a Customer Service Representative at Optum Global Solutions for 2 years. I was also a Virtual Assistant at RTOH Inc. and at the same time a bank employee at Wealthbank.

I am a person with interpersonal skills. I am an energetic self-starter with strong communication skills and expertise providing customer support. I also have a great deal of performing administrative task. I am highly dedicated and professional. I am able to work on my own without any supervision and always meet deadlines that are set before me. I just don't sit on my couch and make false assumption of work, rather I take my job seriously and do it with full attention to make my clients satisfy even from a remote place.

Work Terms

I can work 40-50hrs per week. I have paypal and payoneer account or direct deposit to my bank. We can communicate thru skype, zoom or email.
