Work Terms

Freelance Work Agreement

1. Scope of Work:
The freelancer agrees to provide services for projects as defined and instructed by the client. Each project will be clearly defined, and specific instructions will be provided on the desired final look of the project.

2. Timeline:
Deadlines for each project will be set based on client requirements and can be negotiated. However, no less than 2 weeks are required for the completion of a project.

3. Payment Terms:
For small projects, there is an hourly rate of $10. Larger and more complex tasks will require milestone payments, with the payment structure to be agreed upon for each project. Payment details will be outlined in a separate invoice.

4. Communication Channels:
The preferred communication method for the freelancer is written communication, as it ensures proper spelling and allows for detailed tracking of requests.

5. Revision and Approval Process:
The client is entitled to review the project as many times as they wish until the deadline date. The revision process and the number of revisions allowed will be outlined in the project scope.

6. Confidentiality:
The freelancer commits to not disclosing the client's work. Clients are free to disclose the work done, and the freelancer is not required to be acknowledged, especially in cases where the work is completed for the client's own projects.

7. Project Refusal and Termination:
The freelancer reserves the right to refuse project requests. Clients have 30 minutes after a project has started to stop the process. After this time, discussions or revelations about the project in progress are not permitted, and tasks will be deleted within 2 hours.

8. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, deaths, or internet crashes, neither party can be held liable for any interruptions. If possible, renegotiation of terms can be considered.

9. Governing Law:
This agreement is legally binding once agreed upon by both parties
