Shaniqua Rudd is West Philadelphia born and raised. During her undergraduate studies at Saint Joseph’s University, she was exposed to the world of Development as the beneficiary of many academic scholarships. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the non-profit sector specializing in fundraising and philanthropic events. Through various leadership roles in Development, she has utilized her expertise to secure funding and provide capacities in nonprofit management that expand program opportunities, financial sustainability, and strategic planning. She served as the Director of Advancement, Director of Development, and other Development roles prior to starting her own consulting firm, Rudd & Associates.
With over a decade of development experience, she has become an expert in nonprofit/fundraising solutions. Her tenure in various roles as a Development Director have provided me with the knowledge and skill sets needed to develop and manage successful campaigns, award-winning grant proposals, stewardship/donor management strategies, and event management. She has expertise in raising funds for youth-centered, sports, education, social services, arts, or social justice nonprofit organizations.
