Work Terms

I don't sleep, but do work full time and have a coffee in hand 24/7. I'm here for projects that have deadlines I can meet after hours and one weekends. I require 50% payment upfront and the rest after the project is complete. I communicate best through email, text, or a handy dandy phone call.
