Formulating and implementing Procurement management cycle
Inventory management inclusive of Raw Material, WIP & Finished Goods
Keeping close eyes on export related expenses like: Mainly on freight, port handling charges & liner bills
Performing time motion study mainly in production unit and cold storage unit
Recording the staff efficiency and affectivity
