Work Terms

Thank you for considering my services! Below are my work terms to ensure a smooth and professional collaboration:

Scope of Work:

I specialize in Microsoft Office (document creation, data management, presentations), Web Development (responsive websites, UI/UX design), and Graphic Designing (logos, social media posts, branding materials).

A detailed project brief or requirements document is required before starting any work.

Payment Terms:

Payment is required upfront or in milestones, depending on the project size.

Accepted payment methods: preferred methods, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.

A 50% deposit is required for projects exceeding amount.

Revisions:

I offer 3 of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

Major changes to the initial scope may require renegotiation of terms.

Timeline:

Delivery timelines will be agreed upon before starting the project.

Rush projects may incur an additional fee.

Communication:

Communication will be conducted via preferred platform, e.g., email, Zoom, etc.

Regular updates will be provided based on the project’s progress.

Ownership:

Final deliverables and ownership rights will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation:

If the project is cancelled midway, the client will be charged for the work completed up to that point.

Confidentiality:

All client information and project details will be kept confidential.
