I am Sharmila Bhanu Tirukovela, an experienced education professional with a demonstrated history of working in various capacities within the educational sector. With over a decades of experience, I have honed my skills in educational leadership, curriculum development, teacher training, and project management.

My career began as a teaacher incharge at The Bodhi School, where I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, from administrative management to curriculum development. During my tenure, I successfully led a comprehensive curriculum overhaul, which significantly improved student engagement and standardized test scores.

Following this, I transitioned to a role at XSEED Education, where I conducted training sessions for over 35 schools, focusing on enhancing classroom teaching methodologies. My ability to design and implement effective teacher training programs has been a cornerstone of my career, enabling educators to excel in their professional roles.

At Claraeon Learning Pvt Ltd, I further expanded my expertise by developing innovative English language training programs and spearheading the integration of STEM-focused curricula. In addition to my roles in traditional educational settings, I have extensive experience in remote educational consulting. At Sky Books Pvt Ltd, I implemented a robust Learning Management System (LMS) and conducted comprehensive training for educators, ensuring seamless adoption and enhanced digital teaching capabilities.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available for consultations and project work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM IST. I can also accommodate evening and weekend meetings by appointment.
Payment Terms: Flexible payment options are available, including hourly rates and project-based fees. Invoices are issued bi-weekly, with payment due within 15 days of receipt.
Communication Style: I prefer clear and consistent communication through scheduled virtual meetings. I am also available for phone consultations and can provide regular progress updates to ensure alignment with project goals.
Project Management Tools: I utilize tools such as google meet etc to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently. Collaboration and transparency are key components of my work ethic, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
