Currently working in Zensar Pune as a Service Management Executive in end to end processes as a leader in service tech support in Problem/Incident Management.
6 Years of experience working on ITIS (IT & Infrastructure Services) in various skills and roles.
Worked in TCS for approx 2 years in Service Management profile on Problem Management, Incident Management, Asset-configuration and knowledge management.
Strong ability to. Manage client, team documentation and reporting. Expert in presentation and training. Very good exposure to the client.
Contributed knowledge of ITIL processes as a trainer.
Have ability to manage team, analyzing issues, ticketing tool configuration and change management ideas, process improvement ideas, SLA management, RCA, ITIL Process.
Very good knowledge of IBM Domino Administration.
Self- starter with strong problem solving, analytical abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
