Work Terms
Availability:
Hours: I am available for work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+6), Sunday to Thuday.
Communication: I am accessible via Guru messages, email, and video calls on Zoom or Skype. I typically respond to messages within 24 hours.
Payment Terms:
Hourly Projects: My hourly rate is 5 with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Fixed-Price Projects: Payments will be structured based on milestones agreed upon prior to project initiation. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remainder due upon project completion.
Project Management:
Tools: I use Trello, Jira to keep track of project progress and deadlines.
Reporting: Regular progress updates will be provided. Clients can request updates at any time.
Deliverables:
Quality Assurance: All deliverables will be thoroughly tested for functionality and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
Revisions: I offer up to 2-3 revisions per milestone to ensure the project meets your satisfaction.
Confidentiality:
Non-Disclosure: All project details and client information will be kept confidential. I am happy to sign an NDA if required.
Termination:
Mutual Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with 2 weeks written notice. Payment will be made for all work completed up to the termination date.
Client Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, I am committed to resolving any issues or concerns to ensure your satisfaction.
Additional Services:
Post-Launch Support: I offer ongoing maintenance and support services. Details and rates can be discussed based on your needs.
Consultation: I provide consultation services to help you plan and strategize your web development projects effectively.
