Work Terms

Hours of operation: I am available to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Payment terms: I accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer, and I require a 50% deposit upfront before starting a project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

Communication style: I prefer to communicate via email, but I am also available for phone or video calls as needed. I will respond to emails within 24 hours during business days.

Revisions: I allow for two rounds of revisions at no additional cost, but any additional revisions will incur an additional fee.

Cancellation policy: I require at least 48 hours notice for project cancellations. If a project is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the project fee will be charged.

Intellectual property: All work produced by me will be the property of the client upon payment in full. However, I reserve the right to use the work as part of my portfolio and for marketing purposes.
