Responsibilities:
• Implemented training calendar for Central I and II effectively including monthly orientation sessions.
• Manage the logistics, administrative and operational issues of Lahore Learning Center including, budget, costs, stationery, equipment, Head Office Reporting, and daily monitoring of different task.
• Coordination for outside speakers (from both within the bank/ ex-house) for various courses/trainings. programs. Also, build relationships with external and internal Trainers in key areas of banking and management.
• Responsible for arranging and coordination with Line Managers for in-house trainings. also for taking feedback forms and prepare analysis, check and prepare MCQs results on each training.
• Responsible for arranging, supervising (etc.) of Test/On-the-Job trainings exam/final exam of different program.
• .Responsible for developing and implementation of classroom/on job training of Management Trainees and Trainee Officers Programs.
• Overseeing and monitoring the progress of Training programs of MTS/TOs.
• Responsible for compiling MIS/Reports on Training activities.
