I began with a deep fascination for visual storytelling. I have about 3 years of experience in education, training and online learning. I started my career in education but moved into adult training and instructional design. The thing I love about being instructional designer is that I get to keep learning and sharing my new found knowledge with others. I honed my skills in industry-standard software like Wordpress, Photoshop Canva and Figma which equipped me because of this l tools in the field of graphic design allows me to create a visually appealing and strategic designs.

Work Terms

1. Services.
1.1. Designer agrees to provide graphic design services to Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2. The specific scope of the Services shall be outlined in a project-specific statement of work (the "SOW") to be agreed upon by the parties prior to the commencement of each project.

2. Compensation.
2.1. Client agrees to pay Designer for the Services at an hourly rate of 3 Dollar or a fixed fee as specified in the SOW.
2.2. Invoices shall be submitted by Designer to Client on a Monthly basis. Payment shall be made within 10 days of invoice receipt.

3. Intellectual Property.
3.1. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the work product created by Designer shall remain the property of Designer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.2. Client shall be granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the work product for the purposes specified in the SOW.

4. Confidentiality.
4.1. Each party agrees to keep confidential any confidential information of the other party obtained during the course of this Agreement.

5. Term and Termination.
5.1. This Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue until terminated by either party upon [Number] days' written notice to the other party.
5.2. Upon termination, Client shall pay Designer for all Services performed prior to the effective date of termination.

6. Limitation of Liability.
6.1. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

7. Independent Contractor.
7.1. Designer is an independent contractor and not an employee of Client. Designer shall be solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes and other expenses related to the performance of the Services.
