3. Intellectual Property: The Freelancer assigns to the Client all right, title, and interest in and to the Work Product.
4. Confidentiality: The Freelancer shall maintain confidentiality of Client's information.
5. Warranty and Representation: The Freelancer warrants that the Work Product will be original.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
