Work Terms

1. Availability & Communication
• I am available at any time for effective Communication & project discussions.
• Preferred communication channels are Guru messages or other at your convenience.
• I respond to queries within several hours to ensure smooth collaboration.
2. Project Scope & Deliverables
• Accurate & timely entry of data from various sources (PDFs, images, web data, etc.) into spreadsheets, CRMs, typing, copy paste, Excel works or databases.
• Finding & verifying targeted leads, including contact details (name, email, phone, company, etc.), based on client specifications.
• Tools Used are Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, Google Docs, Google Slide, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, & other lead generation tools as needed.
3. Payment Terms
• Payment through Guru’s SafePay is preferred to ensure security for both parties.
• For fixed price projects, an upfront milestone is required before starting work.
• For hourly projects, I will track hours accurately using Guru’s Workroom time tracker.
• Full payment is expected upon project completion & client approval.
4. Revisions & Support
• I offer 2 free Revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
• I provide post delivery support for 2 days for minor adjustments & clarifications.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
• All client data and project details will be handled with strict confidentiality.
• I do not share or sell collected leads or entered data with third parties.
• If required, I am open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
6. Project Cancellation & Refunds
• If the client decides to cancel the project after work has begun, payment will be made for the completed portion.
• Full refunds will only be considered in cases where no work has been delivered.
