Work Terms

Availability:
I am available for projects Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT). I can accommodate urgent requests and deadlines on a case-by-case basis.

Communication:
I prioritize clear and consistent communication. I am available via Guru messages, email, and Skype. Regular updates will be provided to ensure you are informed about the progress of your project.

Payment Terms:
You don't need to make any advance payments. Payment is due upon project completion and your full satisfaction with the delivered work. I will ensure that all project requirements are met and that you are completely happy with the final result before requesting payment.

Revisions:
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Additional revisions can be accommodated at an agreed-upon rate.

Deliverables:
Final deliverables will be provided in the required formats, such as PNG, JPEG, AI, PSD, or any other format specified. All files will be high resolution and print-ready.

Confidentiality:
All project details and client information will be kept strictly confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.

Client Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is my top priority. I strive to exceed expectations and deliver high-quality work that meets your needs and vision. Feedback is always welcome to continuously improve my services.

Project Closure:
Upon project completion, I will ensure all deliverables meet your expectations. Final payment will be requested only after your approval and satisfaction with the work delivered.
