I have been working at an early age and it made me value every work and job assignments that came my way. I may not have all the job experiences that you're looking for as a Virtual Assistant, but what I lack in experience I compensate with hard work, perseverance, and determination.

I have spent more than 2 years in a BPO industry. I have worked for a Telecommunications Company based in Canada as a Customer Care Specialist.
I handled customer disputes in regards to their accounts and billing. I also handled plan optimization suited to the customer's needs and financial capacity. I took care of the customer's account setup and activation. I also handled level 1 customer retention.

I also worked for a mobile phone manufacturing company as a Tech Support Representative and Customer Care Specialist. My job includes handling customer's technical and repair concerns. I was also a Level 2 Tech Support Specialist who handled troubleshooting and walking clients through the process. If needed, I would have to resort to doing remote troubleshooting in the client's devices (laptop and phones).

I have also spent 9 years in Taiwan as a Technical Assistant for a Semiconductor company. My work includes handling people and delegating jobs for our department. I would have to make sure daily quotas are met and input data on the company's software to be check by the management daily.

I worked part-time as an ESL Teacher for young and adult Chinese learners. I do my best to make sure that my students would improve in their English speaking and writing skills.

I worked as a Social Media Specialist for a multi-national company. My job included influencer outreach, account moderation, and customer service.

Currently, I am working part-time as an image creator for a website.
