My typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EAT (East Africa Time). However, I am flexible with my schedule and can adjust to accommodate clients in different time zones. For urgent projects or deadlines, I’m available to discuss extended hours or weekend availability.
Payment Terms
For projects, I generally prefer milestone-based payments, where payments are made upon completion of agreed-upon phases. This approach ensures transparency and allows us both to track progress and maintain alignment. I also offer hourly billing for tasks requiring flexibility or ongoing support. For larger projects, a 50% upfront deposit can be arranged, with the balance paid upon project completion.

Preferred Communication Style
I value clear, consistent communication and prefer using mail and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana) to stay organized and keep track of tasks and milestones.
