I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 20 years; working in the retail business for Wal-Mart for 10 years. I worked in various departments with varying degrees of responsibility, as well as being a Customer Service Manager part time.
I also have experience working within a call center atmosphere, where I worked for Quest Diagnostics patient billing. This job came with a great amount of responsibility to the patient and the doctors as well. This job entailed receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to the doctor office as well as to the patience's insurance company.
I have now been working from home since 2009, working for different virtual call centers such as, TeleNetwork, and Sitel. Each company offered an opportunity to work with and help their customers in sales and completing orders and in setting up registries, as well as shipping information and tracking packages and assisting them with returns.
