Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available to work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (Pakistan Standard Time - PST). I am flexible with deadlines and can accommodate urgent requests if discussed in advance. I will also consider weekend availability for time-sensitive projects.

Payment Terms:
I typically work on a project-based or milestone-based payment structure. For larger projects, I require an upfront 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For ongoing work or retainer agreements, payments can be made on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your preference. I accept payments via secure platforms such as PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.

Preferred Communication Style:
Clear and prompt communication is essential for a smooth collaboration. I prefer to communicate via:

WhatsApp/Slack for quick updates or clarifications.
Zoom/Google Meet for video calls or detailed project discussions.
I am responsive to messages during working hours (9 AM - 6 PM PST) and aim to reply within a few hours, depending on the complexity of the inquiry.
Revisions & Feedback:
I offer up to two rounds of revisions as part of the project fee to ensure the final content meets your needs and expectations. Additional revisions will be subject to an extra charge, depending on the project size. I request that all feedback is consolidated to avoid delays in the revision process.

Turnaround Time:
Project turnaround time varies based on the scope and complexity of the work:

For short-form content (blogs, articles, product descriptions), typical delivery is 3-5 business days.
For long-form content (eBooks, whitepapers, extensive website copy), delivery may take 7-10 business days.
Please note that turnaround times may adjust based on client requirements and the current workload.
