My story began in 1985 at the age of 18 when I entered the tourism industry in Grenada working as a receptionist at a luxury boutique hotel, but I knew then that qualifications and experience in all aspects of the industry would be crucial to a successful career in Travel and Tourism as an entrepreneur. Skip to 12 years later after a BSc(Hons), working with the Grenada Tourism Board, being part of the pre-opening team and Guest Services Manager in the 220 room Rex Grenadian Hotel, working ship-board on multiple ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet in the Pursers and Shore Excursions Departments and leading the Hotel Tour Desks team of Sunlink Tours in St.Lucia, all with the aim of eventually opening my own business before my 30th birthday... In July 1997 - Tourism Services Ltd. T/A Adventure Tours -Grenada opened its doors and to this day remains a fully functioning shore excursion supplier of cruise lines and hotels in Grenada. In the 10 years that followed my 1997 personal goal, I have shared my expertise and contributed to my country's development not only as an entrepreneur but also as a non-executive director with the Grenada Board of Tourism, The Grenada Hotel & Tourism Association and The T.A Marryshow Community College, where it was my pleasure to engage in Grenada's Product Development, Human Resources Development and Destination Marketing.

In 2007, I took on business partners and dedicated the next 10 years to travelling the seven continents of the world and expanding my professional qualifications to a Masters (with distinction) in Tourism Management and a Doctorate in Responsible Tourism Management.

So, I am now referred to as Dr. Adams..... and what do doctors do? They help people. Here I am, at your service. To help your business excel and become more competitive globally, by assessing, advising and hands-on implementation of strategies to improve your business profitability and product sustainability.
