Sherin Haroun El-Rashied is the Local Market Manager of the Egyptian Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). Since her appointment in November 2014, she has the responsibilities of formulating ITIDA local marketing campaigns and manage other campaigns administered by ITIDA, Interface with internal/external stakeholders to gather campaigns requirements, Coordinate with different internal units to manage campaigns implementation, Identify the KPIs and objectives of campaigns as an account manager, Handle Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) in coordination with public relations agencies, Manage ITIDA strategic accounts (e.g. NTRA, ITI, MCIT, CULTNAT) in synchronization with internal marketing projects, Ensure quality management for the overall performance and efficiency of communications within the campaign, Establish communications with assorted stakeholders to assess the overall performance of the campaign, Conduct regular budget analysis, and plan the budget spending to maximize its utilization while ensure highest ROI, Assist in formulating plans and initiatives to enhance ITIDA overall market communication efforts, Conduct the required project scope planning and provide suggestions on implementation. Oversee day-to-day plans execution, Prepare tender requirements, e.g. RFI, RFP, and TORs, in cooperation with a wide spectrum of shareholders, Manage and plan the department needs and costs per year. Handle problems by finding the suitable solutions and avoid their occurrence, Set objectives for subordinates, direct work, assign tasks, and appraise performance and Contribute in handling all unplanned issues.
