I have office working experience as an administrator and marketing staff in a rent a car company. I handled emails and calls, file organizations and reports, preparing presentations, social media management (answering inquiries and sending proposals), assisting the clients, update the business documents (taxes, permits, and others), posting the services of the company in e-commerce. I also sold some items online (Personal Facebook and Facebook pages) before turning freelance. I have certification of training in English Proficiency which includes actual training of proper communication, proper pronunciation and correct grammar in speech. I have full knowledge of eBay listing. Currently, I am taking an online course in programming.
