I worked in a BPO industry handling incoming and outgoing calls, provide services and informations for the customer's satisfaction, I also have experienced in sales and always targer our quota. I'm willing to work under pressure with low supervision. I also have a background in handling people or staffs and play a role as a human resource in a restaurant business, thats the proof that I have enough knowledge in dealing with customers/people.
