I am Shiela dela Cruz, 31 years old from Philippines. I am one of the overseas Filipino worker that has been reaptriated due to covid pandemic. I have 9+ years customer service related jobs that helped me to be a better version of myself. I started as a party hosts in one of the largest soft play area in Dubai, the main goal is to make the party successful by letting the birthday celebrant and guests as happy as possible. Then after 2 years and half the same company promoted me as a party coordinator that deals with parents who would like to book a birthday parties for their little ones, I also the one who actively contacted to cake, decorations, magician suppliers. At 2015, Minimonsters was close, the same year I was hired as a health and leisure receptionist in one of the 5 star health club in Dubai, dealing with members and clients thru personal, phone and emails is my main job. Sending emails, promoting the club, answering queries and solving complaints are some of my duties.

I may be new to this sector of job, but I assure you that choosing me will not make you regret at all. I will always give 100% of my effort to make sure that job is well done.

Work Terms

I can work full time as the job requires me. I preferred to be paid thru Unionbank or thru GCASH whatever suits you. I preferred to be contacted thru whatsapp, emails or even thru Skype.
