Social Media Manager | Graphic Designer
Hi! I’m Shiela Mae C. Arbule and I am quite an ambivert. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science last 2015. But since I am not confident enough with my degree and knowing I wasn’t made for programming, I took a short course/training in Visual Graphic Design conducted by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority last 2016. With this, my basic knowledge about image manipulation has been added. The course lasted for about 3 months in which we have learned about poster and logo making that is commonly used in print media. After the 3-month long training, we had our assessment and I passed it successfully. I also have an experience working as Library Clerk from 2015-2016 and STO Secretary from 2016-2018. As STO Secretary, my work involves clerical works and assisting students during their enrollment for shipboard apprenticeship program. Later in 2018, I graduated from the 6 weeks Intensive training of The Department of Information and Communications Technology under it’s Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training Program Social Management Course headed by Janette Toral and conducted by Marl Ian Dionaldo. During the training I learned about Social Media Content Creation and Scheduling, Social Media Advertising, Social Media Community Creation and Development and Graphics Design. I am currently one of the admins of Prototype Writers Creatives, a non-profit online community co-created with other Philippine-based Wattpad writers which helps aspiring writers through online-based seminars and writing activities . On our Facebook page and other social media accounts, I am responsible for posting tips, motivations, and memes. I am also assigned in creating graphics and templates needed for different activities. With this experience and qualifications, I am confident that I will be able to do well.
Work Terms
I can work 30-40 hours a week and my service fee is $5 per hour.
