I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 6 years and have had the opportunity to train a diverse group of individuals who tried their luck in the said industry. My expertise in teaching focused in both Language and Product Training for newly hired employees. Working as a trainer has helped me become mature in facing the challenges at work and in my personal life. It also helped me learn how to manage different types of personalities and how to handle them in challenging scenarios.

I started taking online jobs since 2015. I've worked as a freelance article writer for a Japanese website and a virtual assistant (managing social media accounts) for a company based in Canada.

I've also worked as an E-mail Support and back end support for order fulfillment for a company that sells kitchen tools in the US.

I am skilled in the use of Google Services, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Magento, Cin7, Shipwire, Shopify, Canva and Social Media platforms and can be easily trained in using other tools needed for the job.
