I have over 4 years experience in IT/BPO Industry as IT Consultant (Middleware and Cloud).
I provide services operations doing technical, administrative and customer services. I used to do chat, call, email, phone and skype support. I handle medium to heavy escalation as well user request. Perform deep troubleshooting, analysis and resolutions. I become a shift lead for over 3 years which makes me exposed doing administrative task such reports, data entry, and documentations.
I trained, guide and teach as well new colleague on operations process such as efficiency and effected support and customer assistant.
I aspire to become a professional Virtual Assistant and social media manager.Currenly engaged in a VA project.
I am well proficient in using Microsoft and Google office. You can add my administrative and customer expertise. I have a skills doing photo and video editing skills, incident, change and project management as well.
