I am Shijo Joseph , a Project Manager and also a Web Developer. I have a team of highly skilled designers and developers.

Work Terms

*we collect the requirements from client.Prepare a SRS document and confirm it from him/her.

*We will make a Project Plan, that contain the module list, time estimate and cost.

*We will prepare project schedule and share it with client. The schedule will contain milestones ,alpha release dates and final release dates. We deliver alpha releases for client's review. We will only go to next module only after client's review and bug fix of previous module. Thus we can keep the quality of the project and client will also get the updates.

*We make weekly meeting and daily reports to clients that we deal with.

* We follow agile methodology
