Entrepreneur with multiple skill sets
I have an extensive background in customer service, social media, and sales. I have been in the mortgage banking/financial industry for about 2 years now, and I am very comfortable with talking and selling products to customers over the phone in a call center environment while providing excellent customer service. Some of my biggest strengths would be self-motivation, hardworking, and the passion for exploring new fields of work. My best skills would be my ability to build strong client relationships, social media management, and strategic prospecting. I graduate college about two years ago with a B.A. in Psychology. My education gave me a better understanding of how the human brain thinks which has helped me in my career as a loan officer. In addition, I also became well-versed in computer applications and web browsing by different projects and assignments I worked on in my college career.
