Work Terms

Digital Illustration and Comic Book style artwork. I graduated from BYU-Idaho with a degree in art and now seek freelance art jobs.

Work terms are specific. $25/hr, minimum $100 contract. Work will only be done upon signing of freelance illustrators contract.

Required standard terms are:

1) Artist retains copyright to illustration, and client receives 24 months publishing and display rights for contracted project.

2) Revisions to the piece will continue to require payment per hour worked at the rate of $25 hour, and will be considered standing working hours.

3)Client is responsible for charges incurred beyond original budget

4)If project will incur additional charges, client might sign form designating authorization for artist to work additional hours at continued pay.

5) Early termination of project by client will result in payment of all hours worked by artist at agreed rate by termination time.

6) If client fails to pay artist, client forfeits all legal rights to created work for usages
in any shape, form, or fashion.

7) Artist retains copyright of all created files, forms, media, formats, concepts, and other works created and developed to complete project for client, and will retain the physical or digital works themselves.

8) Client will receive high resolution files (600 dpi) PSD or JPEG files upon completion of work to use for contracted purpose of work.

Full work copyright of images will not be sold unless otherwise negotiated.
I retain the right to refuse a project for any reason.
